Start your day the right way. We’re open Tuesday to Saturday from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM for breakfast. Whether you’re after a light bite with your morning coffee or a hearty hot breakfast, our menu is designed to fuel your day. Perfect for guests, locals, and anyone passing through Toowoomba

Behind every dish at Potters is the passion and creativity of our head chef, Stephanie Ousey.

  • With 8 years of chef experience, Stephanie brings both skill and heart to the kitchen.
  • Originally from Bowen in North Queensland, she’s proud to share a love for fresh produce and coastal flavours.
  • Her favourites to cook? Pasta dishes and sweets—comfort food with a touch of indulgence.
  • Her cooking philosophy: hearty, homemade meals with a restaurant touch, where every plate feels welcoming but polished.
  • And looking ahead, Stephanie’s life goal is to one day run her own busy restaurant or patisserie.

It’s this passion and personal touch that makes dining at Potters special—you’re not just enjoying a meal, you’re sharing in Stephanie’s love for food.
