Rooms - The rooms and beds are very comfortable. Well sized with clean large bathrooms.

Nearby activities - It's very close to the centre of town

Safety - The hotel has security to enter the building.

Walkability - Its very close to the centre of town and very close to the main shopping centre, Coles etc.

Food and drinks - The restaurant is the highlight of staying here. The food is next level. The team are very professional yet very comforting.

Great value, great service and a really treat to find the food standard is outstanding.

My husband and I recently stayed at Potters Hotel Toowoomba and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The reception area was beautifully decorated and created such a lovely first impression. Our room was clean, comfortable, and modern- perfect for a relaxing getaway.

We also dined at the hotel restaurant and were really impressed. The atmosphere was inviting, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding- so friendly and attentive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

I would like to thank the staff for their care and attention during our stay last week. The restaurant staff were outstanding – especially on our early morning – in getting our meals to us so that we could be on time for our field trip. And at all other times were equally as fantastic, and the food was terrific too. Reception were also extremely helpful, offering us the use of umbrellas on the day it was raining and we chose to walk to the conference. It was just so nice to stay at a Hotel where the staff were friendly and so helpful. They are an absolute credit to Potters’.

"Great service - I stayed 3 nights during the Toowoomba Festival of Flowers, as part of a group. The room had everything needed including a selection of teas, which the expensive resort we stayed at next did not offer! The restaurant staff were excellent: we had dinner there once and breakfast every day. The restaurant staff were fast, smiling and efficient, which was fantastic considering we were a large group."

Highly recommend fantastic hotel. Close to city. Clean, modern and spacious. Great restaurant and bar as well. Free park. Excellent hotel. Very modern, clean great bed. Restaurant downstairs very good. All staff very friendly. Close to town and Grand Central shopping. This is first hotel since covid that changed towels daily and made bed 10/10. Had a library in hallway nice touch. Very quiet. Definitely stay again.
